In this class we will look at physical control and domination to include take downs, wrist locks, turnovers and hold downs. We will endeavor to teach some martial arts moves that can be used during kidnapping/abduction, take down, interrogation, or wrestling play.  The class will consist of a demo followed by a participation section. The demo will show how to take down, collar, cuff, gag, and control a combative subject while minimizing risk to the both the top and bottom. During the practical part of the class we will open up the combat mats for audience participation. We will teach basic wrist locks and control, take downs, bypassing legs and arms, hold downs with tickling, and simple turnovers. We hope to teach participants how to play more effectively and safely when doing resistance play.  However, due to the physical nature of this type of play, injuries may result. Participants should be able to undertake light physical activity. Comfortable clothing should be worn that allows freedom of movement. A combat mat area will be provided.

Presenter by Tigger: I was born a little different. I guess my baby harnesses and baby reins gave me an interest in bondage from a very young age. I’ve been a bottom, a top, a submissive, a pony, and even a Master/mentor. I’ve been collared and uncollared, owned, unowned and took an interlude from the scene for a mostly vanilla marriage. I’ve started groups, built furniture, learned leather work, made tack, taught classes, erected dungeons, staffed events and DMed parties. I met kind and wonderful people from horse ladies in Atlanta to plant ladies in DC. I have friends that go back many years, to people who I hope to know for year to come. I have people that watch over me, and people I help and protect. I’ve had people open their homes and hearts, and people take me into their families and lives. I am lucky and blessed to be part of this community… it’s been an interesting journey so far. I follow my dreams and my hart and hope to one day wear a permanently locked collar and to love and be loved. i look forward to the rest of the trip and what it brings.

1st Saturday, July 6th, from 12 noon until 5 PM at the ~Beech Shelter~ Lake Crabtree Park, Morrisville, NC

This picnic is for any kinkster (or anybody that is "kink friendly") and 18 years or older.  NOTE: You do not have to be a member of TMG to attend any TMG event as long as you are 18+ years old; be polite & courteous to all; and don't bring any Drama or be disruptive at our events. Even if you have never been to a munch before, please join us, you will most likely not be the only newbie to show up!  The picnic is an awesome, once a year, open event, and everyone who has shown up before has really Loved it!

We need volunteers to help set up, help with the games, and/or to help clean up after the picnic is over.

PLEASE remember to bring some extra cash with you so that you can pay to play the games and win awesome kinky (or pervertible) prizes!!!  And just like the past four years, the Karnival tickets will be reasonably priced so you'll get a "bang for your buck!"

You can expect: Tasty food, Cold drinks, and Kinky company under lots of shade (It's been very comfy at the Beech shelter almost every summer during our picnic) while having lots of fun playing Karnival games and winning some kinky prizes!!!!

Our annual picnic is a great time to renew old friendships, meet new people, and reminisce about the early days of TMG, while looking forward towards the future of this great community organization.  Help TMG continue to be a viable resource for all.

PLEASE REMEMBER: this is a public park, so no obvious fetish wear, and no obvious kinky behavior will be allowed. 

Park Rangers do drop by occasionally & briefly visit us. 

Also, don't forget you will get to MUNCH on some delicious food!  TMG will be providing meat (hamburgers, hot dogs, & possibly brats), buns, an assortment of condiments, and paper products. However, TMG is asking attendees to please bring side dishes (desserts, fruits, salads, vegetables, breads, chips, dips etc.) and non-alcoholic drinks (the Park regulations prohibit any alcoholic drinks...) Attendees are also welcome to bring their own meat and/or vegetarian options and can have them cooked on the grill.

NO alcohol is allowed - This is a NC STATE PARK, So, NO alcohol in ANY form!

We are asking for toy donations to have prizes for our Kinky Karnival Games: Any items that you have which are in good shape and still serviceable, that you would like to donate are extremely appreciated, even if it's last minute at the picnic when you donate them!!. Last year we gave out OVER 120 prizes at the Picnic/Karnival and wonderful people within our awesome Community donated many of those items. TMG, and Half Ogre (the Kinky Karnival King), appreciate all the people who have helped TMG by supporting our efforts to bring fun and educational events to our local BDSM Community. Thank you!!
